Disappointed that AGL does not include the e-Sim for iWatch which is linked to mobile phone.

Please consider this additional service, otherwise, the mobile services by AGL are incomplete

While AGL (like the majority of Australian ISPs) still doesn't offer eSim support at this stage, it's a cool feature and one I'd love to see implemented. More votes on this suggestion could see it prioritized more highly.

Good news, @DGW  - eSim is on the way. I can't give a launch date just yet, but stay tuned over the next few weeks.

I hope it is soon, just spent a lot of money on a phone because it has esim capabilities.

@David_AGL based on the date of your comment, I presume the eSim is operational at AGL.  Can it be used overseas too?

@siuol there was a short delay in the launch of eSim support, but it's coming very soon. We don't currently support international roaming on our Mobile plans.

@David_AGL How do you quantify very soon in weeks from now if a short delay so far is equivalent to more than 3 months? (no laced language please)

Hi @siuol - thanks for your patience. I'm pleased to announce that eSim support is launching tomorrow. Initially, you'll need to request it by giving us a call, with online signup being available in future.

Not off to a good start. I purchased an esim yesterday and did not receive a QR code by email as I should have.

Spent an hour and a half on the phone being shuffled from department to department, each time with another lengthy wait and more account verifications. No-one could provide an answer ot QR code.

Spent another hour on the phone today, more shuffling and more waiting and still no resolution.

How hard could it be?
