I have been participating in Peak Energy Rewards for some time, usually receiving a small credit for reduced energy use. Hi there, I have received my current bill  and is missing x2 $5 rewards credits for completing the challenge tasks  

Just got an SMS for my first Peak Rewards Event.Earn $5 in credits for importing 2.4kWh less from the grid.Less than what?Not sure if it is worth the effort if I don't know what I am trying to achieve.Would be much more user friendly if it said "Import less than xx kWh during this period".

Hi, I signed up for Peak Energy Rewards at the beginning of summer and joined a few events. I saved about $25!  Great! I'm wondering how frequent are these events over winter? In cold areas where heating is used is it common to see peak events offered on cold days ?

I received an sms and email last year (2022) inviting me to sign up for the Peak Energy Rewards program which I did straight away.
