HiI can only advise that I have just received my bill via email to my desktop.On opening the invoice I wad able to select download pdf of bill.Perhaps it is the app that may be the issue.CheersLarry0414 737 421

Hi Folks I think you will find that our bills are only stored for a certain period of time then delted.I have had no issues downloading my bill when received but I had occassion to go back and try to print a previous bill that was maybe 3 months old and i was not able to do so which leads me to believe for whatever reason our bills are only stored for a certain period of time. Hi Folks I know you have recently changed the way you present our bills but I really think you need to revisit this.So call me old fashioned but the great thing about the old style invoice was all the info was on just 2 pages.This meant I could print off on the 1 double sided A4 page and more importantly it had the key info on the opening page like the date it applied to. Now lets look at your new method. I need to print off at least 2 A4 pages and there is no key detail on the first page apart ...

Can you please explain why the "Cost so far" value showing on the service page of the app does NOT include daily supply charges. As these are fixed charges why do you not include these charges in the Cost so far amount so your customers have an accurate indication of the true total charge . Many thanks Larry
