Past Bills sorting

It would be better if the past bills were sorted on end of cycle date. It's not clear what it is being sorted on right now.  Might be nice to have sorting options ie on fuel or different dates (start, end, issued)

Hi Blaster,

This bug was actually fixed today - bills are going to be sorted by most recent issued date.  You'll be able to see this change in the next build.
