My query was in seeking an understanding of there were cistomer communications about the changes in the AGL Rewards program. Unfortunately, I didn't get the information I was looking for. All I received was information about the new BP and EV charging offers, which aren't relevant to me as a customer. I would really appreciate it if you could provide clarity on the updates to the Rewards program instead, thank you
