I think it would be a good enhancement to change the text colour of “Enter Meter Read >” to make it stand out as an action prompt as opposed to just white information text.

It would be great if in the billing/payments area there was a button/link to request a payment extension and options for how long you would like to extend the payment date (i.e 3-7 days or a fortnight).

I think we should be able to get a refund submitted on the app and online. Rather then having to contact agl when we would like to get our refunds from the solar we generated. Maybe have it set up so once we ask for the refund to our linked account/ payment meathod that we either get an email or text message for a security code, for the money to be realease. What does every one think? And what features do you want if this idea gets added into the app and online?

The Billing screen of the Android app shows two entries for past bills with identical House icons. After opening each of them, it is obvious that one should have an Electricity icon and the other a Gas icon.

Why is there no gas bill running total or projection? Makes no sense to have it for electricity but not gas.

The AGL App should be upgraded to allow for Paypal payments and other payment types to be processed directly in the App. At this stage the only way to pay in the App is to enter credit card details or bank details and I’m not convinced of the security of the App to do this. I have to go to the main website and search for your payment options to make a Paypal transaction when really this could just be facilitated via the App.

Just as an added feature, how about allowing the customer to customise their profile pic, allowing gallery pics. Or is the reason it's tied down (restricted to AGL's gallery option), is to avoid customers placing inappropriate pics?

Once a payment is made could there be a screen that has confirmation and receipt information and needs to be exited from, rather than automatically reverting back to make a payment screen. To prevent accidental double payment.

The data usage graphs are not as user friendly as they were. The side by side bar graphs that we used to see were far more meaningful. Previously we could check monthly, annually as well as weekly. You have removed the other user comparisons. The other concern is the whole lot went down with no explanation from you. And when the nerw one comes along we were not advised what was displayed as "drawn from the grid" and "credited to the grid"

Is there a way to have the AGL application send me a notification on my Android phone when a new bill is available?

I just installed the AGL app. I wanted to see if I can drill into hourly electricity usage. We have a smart meter. 1) Navigation alternates inconsistently between in-app and merely hosting your online pages. 2) The app knows we are a residential customer, but half the attempts to show me hosted online pages go to your online business customer login page... eg when I tapped to download my usage csv. 3) Some places seem to know we have a smart meter (eg enter meter reading would let me enter a gas reading but tells me our electricity is automatically read) yet there's no hint of any facility to drill into my usage. We are not in AGL's network supply area, but if that's the issue it certainly should've put that qualifier on the advertising/description of what the app can do. 4) billing history shows a correct list of historical bills with their totals... tapping one shows what I assume is supposed to be details, but the headline is $0 total every time, and the detail section lists nothing at all. At the bottom is a button to get the pdf.

Im wondering why agl has reduced the functionality of the app? Why cant we see our hourly usage so we can identify areas of excessive usage as in the previous app. Seems agl can make more $$ if we can see our usage pattern. Seriously your last app was very good. Now im flying blind and this would certainly cause me to change to someone that can provide this detail.

Hi There, Is usage data available on android? I can only seem to get the daily Spend but this doesn't tell me much about how I use energy. I have a smart meter so all the data was available in the previous app. Any plans to add this? Regards, Aaron

On Android, now I see 2 addresses (2 versions of the same address - I am assuming this is for Elec and Gas separately) and when I click an address, I get an error.

It would be better if the past bills were sorted on end of cycle date. It's not clear what it is being sorted on right now. Might be nice to have sorting options ie on fuel or different dates (start, end, issued)

It seems to be a widespread fashion in the online world at the moment to format text in a way that is hard to read in bright/glary conditions or by persons with reading difficulties, e.g. grey font on white background, light fonts (as on this forum 9-). This might be considered cool but defies the main purpose - easy communication.
