Not impressed, has taken me a week incl phone calls to chase up an alteration to my account balance, the meter readings were changed for the Sept Oct period and accounts dept didn't send an adjustment note, only changed my bill without telling me. If I was running a business and did this I would be in all sorts of trouble - and there is no way to get in direct contact with the accounts dept. The poor girls on the phone cop the brunt of irate phone calls. Very tempted to change suppliers !!!
