Hi @MrNeedHelp , VoIP is not currently available on AGL plans - that's correct. It is planned and currently in the advanced stages of being rolled out, but I don't have an availability date to share at the moment.
Hi @KandR , if you log in to your account and click "Message Us" you can leave a message and an agent will respond to an issue when they're available - no need for you to wait around.If an estimated bill is too high, when a subsequent actual read is received your account will be credited automatically.
Hi @howyudu-ian Those emails are notifications about discussions on this community. You can ignore or delete them. Your AGL electricity bill will have the subject line "AGL electricity bill"I hope this clears up any confusion.
