Bill On web site in my account

My Web account in the bill section doesn't show me if bill is paid or not which I would have liked to see as have paid early as going away and would be good if it said PAID Also had a $75 dollar credit as a new customer and this didn't show on the bill I had to wait on a phone for a long time to get the information The person on the phone said was on my bill but having go into it twice now still can not see that this was put into my bill anywhere and yet the phone person had it on her computer ...
