Bill On web site in my account

My Web account in the bill section doesn't show me if bill is paid or not  which I would have liked to see as have paid early as going away and would be good if it said PAID 

Also had a $75 dollar credit as a new customer and this didn't show on the bill I had to wait on a phone for a long time to get the information The person on the phone said was on my bill but having go into it twice now still can not see that this was put into my bill anywhere and yet the phone person had it on her computer -how much time and energy would be saved by putting that info on my bill.

Hi @Bright - Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. Good news! Your My Account page will show both the "Paid" status on bills in your Billing history that you have paid, and a green Credit label on your account along with the current balance when your account is in credit:
