Hello On using the AGL App I cannot see what plan we have. It would be great if the name of the Plan would be listed on the Overview or the usage. Exactly where do we find on the App what Plan we have? Many Thanks Linda

I just installed the AGL app. I wanted to see if I can drill into hourly electricity usage. We have a smart meter.
1) Navigation alternates inconsistently between in-app and merely hosting your online pages.
2) The app knows we are a residential customer, but half the attempts to show me hosted online pages go to your online business customer login page... eg when I tapped to download my usage csv.
3) Some places seem to know we have a smart meter (eg enter meter reading would let me enter a gas reading but tells me our electricity is automatically read) yet there's no hint of any facility to drill into my usage. We are not in AGL's network supply area, but if that's the issue it certainly should've put that qualifier on the advertising/description of what the app can do.
4) billing history shows a correct list of historical bills with their totals... tapping one shows what I assume is supposed to be details, but the headline is $0 total every time, and the detail section lists nothing at all. At the bottom is a button to get the pdf.

Hi There, Is usage data available on android? I can only seem to get the daily Spend but this doesn't tell me much about how I use energy. I have a smart meter so all the data was available in the previous app. Any plans to add this? Regards, Aaron

Hi AGL, is there anyway you can update your website so that you can move out of a property that you have sold and not have to put in a new connection address. I have been leaving this feedback every time i'm asked and you still can't do it. To wait on the phone or on the online chat is ridiculous at the moment.

It great that AGL are wanting clients to safeguard their accounts, however, if we activate the two-factor authentication it sends a code to our mobile phone & at times we're overseas & wouldn’t be able to get the code. Is there another way of authenticating?

Really hard to send feedback directly to AGL...well hidden wherever that is. They made a big thing about AMAZON Prime etc...big failure...sorry it has degraded your image AGL. Really hard to navigate coupled with below average movies etc. FYI...you wasted your money and I am less happy with AGL having returned.

Can you display on the front page of the bill ‘Direct Debit active’ if the customer has elected to use the direct debit service for payment of bills.

If the site provided readily available access to leave a message (under pre selected options if necessary) for which AGL staff would provide a later response then I believe this would alleviate 90+ % of the frustration with what is what otherwise a poorly designed (useless) website.

Hi there. As a user, I'd find it really valuable to have solar feed-in data included in the downloadable "My Usage" CSV file. For each time period it has 2 lines - one for usage from the grid, and one for solar, but the solar value is always zero (which I know is wrong, given that the feed-in data does appear on the web portal). Is this perhaps a rounding/scaling error, or is that data simply not being populated when the CSV file is created? There is also no indication of what the units are for the usage - I'm assuming kWh but it would be useful to have that in the column header.

Hey guys, would you please consider making an iOS14 Widget for quick glancing of electricity/gas usage please?

Why doesn’t the iPad app have the functionality to recognise it’s on a tablet in landscape mode? More people are using iPads with keyboards and to rotate the iPad/keyboard to make a payment seems silly. Also, has someone in the UX area counted the steps to actually leave feedback. It’s onerous to say the least. Thanks Bart

To find your current plan details including tariffs you need to go to Hi [FirstName]> Account Settings > Property and plans > Your Plans > [Plan Name] > Edit I would never have found the information at the current location without assistance. A better and more intuitive location for a link to this would be on would be on the Overview page in the Online Services box where you have Add energy plan and Change energy plan. A simple link there to My energy plan would be really helpful! I saw mention that the same functionality was being considered to the App, please locate it it somewhere intuitive like the Help > Plans and Rates section there, and not in the Account > Settings section.

White text on a light grey background when chatting to an agent is very hard to read.

I think it would be a good enhancement to change the text colour of “Enter Meter Read >” to make it stand out as an action prompt as opposed to just white information text.

It would be great if in the billing/payments area there was a button/link to request a payment extension and options for how long you would like to extend the payment date (i.e 3-7 days or a fortnight).

The Billing screen of the Android app shows two entries for past bills with identical House icons. After opening each of them, it is obvious that one should have an Electricity icon and the other a Gas icon.

Why is there no gas bill running total or projection? Makes no sense to have it for electricity but not gas.

Once a payment is made could there be a screen that has confirmation and receipt information and needs to be exited from, rather than automatically reverting back to make a payment screen. To prevent accidental double payment.
