It great that AGL are wanting clients to safeguard their accounts, however, if we activate the two-factor authentication it sends a code to our mobile phone & at times we're overseas & wouldn’t be able to get the code.
Is there another way of authenticating?
Hi @Globalamigos, Yes, you'll be able to receive a one-time code to your email address as well and use that to log in. Just visit your https://myaccount.agl.com.au/profile/personaldetails page and enter your email address under "Two-factor authentication"
