Hi, I know you can disconnect through My Account but to complete transaction you need to reconnect a new property. Can you update your site so you can disconnect online ONLY and not have to connect a new property.

Hi AGL, is there anyway you can update your website so that you can move out of a property that you have sold and not have to put in a new connection address. I have been leaving this feedback every time i'm asked and you still can't do it.To wait on the phone or on the online chat is ridiculous at the moment.
