Velocity Bonus Points

Hi, I signed up to AGL on the 29/6/24. There was a Velocity bonus points offer if I signed-up before the 30/6/24 where I would receive 20K points for electricity and 10K for Gas. However, I've only been credited 10K for electricity and 5K for Gas?!

I joined up on your electricity and gas velocity value deal promotion promising 20000 points for electricity and 10000 points for gas connection back in May. I never received the 10000 points for gas. I have rung and complained but so far nothing. Please issue my points asap otherwise I will comment thoroughly on social media of how I’ve been treated. I shouldn’t have to keep asking for what was promised in the deal when I signed up back in May. I will cancel my account and go back to Red Energy if you don’t fix this asap!!

As part of the electricity promotion plan which I signed up in late June, I would be given 20,000 Velocity points after 45 days. However, to-date I don't see these points being credited to my Velocity account. Why the delay?
