Velocity Bonus Points

Hi, I signed up to AGL on the 29/6/24. There was a Velocity bonus points offer if I signed-up before the 30/6/24 where I would receive 20K points for electricity and 10K for Gas. However, I've only been credited 10K for electricity and 5K for Gas?!

We did have an offer in the past for the velocity bonus points—20K on ELEC and 10K on Gas, valid before 30/06/24.

How does one link velocity number to AGL account to obtain points. I have looked everywhere and waited over 30 mins on the phone for no one to answer and forced to leave a voice message- not happy at all with service lol

Thanks for reaching out.

The only way to link your Velocity number to your AGL account is by transferring your account to AGL over the phone with one of our agents. During this process, the agent should be able to add your membership number while setting up your new plan.

If the agent you speak to isn’t familiar with this process, please don’t hesitate to ask to be connected with the resolution team or a team manager who can assist you further.
