I have a payment extension till 23rd June (this Wednesday).
I'm unable to request further time by automated system on your website. I've made two payments of the bill, the receipt / transaction numbers supplied below, including a payment today of $31. There are $68.33 still to be paid. I'm requesting another week to pay this final part of the bill. (It is probable I'll be able to pay it sooner than a week, and I will endeavour to do so as fast as I can, but felt that to be safe I ought to request a week, so that the service won't be disrupted.
Hi @Spectral . If you're not able to use the online tool to request an extension, you'll need to get in touch with customer service directly for this.
Lynette, I would recommend you remove your personal info on there, this is a public forum.
If you click on your reply, you might see a way to edit or delete your name and account numer.
I would do that for now, and contact AGL on the helpline Monday.
