Thanks so much for sharing your situation, we completely understand how important it is to be able to support a family member with managing their accounts, and how the introduction of 2FA can add extra steps when you're helping someone else.
At the moment we don’t offer a secondary‑user or nominee access feature, but we’ve passed this feedback on to our product team as it’s something we know would be valuable for many customers.
