Hey @Deee, sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the discount e-card. We are aware that customers using an iPhone or iPad are not able to tap through due to Safari blocking pop-ups. As a workaround, you can prevent pop-ups from being blocked by toggling off Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups. Let me know if that works for you! Cheers, Basil
