I have applied for internet connection for my new house, AGL said you have to contact previous owner to disconnect the internet connection then AGL can provide the internet connection, when i contact the previous owner they said they never had any internet connection for that house.

Every time I contact AGL 131245 I explain that I can not get calls. They tell me to hang up and they will ring me but do not.please can someone ring me [removed personal details]

Too slow internet since yesterday very difficult to attend class and work for home.

Ive recently had my internet drop out here and there but its been completely gone for two days now and I only have a connection with no internet access. Talking to the AGL AI ive done all tests and it sends me to a link with just the same tests. Any advice to fix this.

AGL needs to discontinue its use of Optus, for obvious reasons re. The recent 000 fiasco. This morning in Brisbane 4121, we have no phones, internet, solar monitoring etc, AGAIN. Yet we’re still paying AGL for this garbage & clearly disfunctional, unethical Optus. Get rid of them or we will. Disgust

Has anyone here have no internet as well since the storm on weekend? It didn't came back and when I check the service status in my area it says it's operational. What's happening AGL? I chose you as a provider haven't been a month since please don't make me regret my choice...
