We’re excited to launch our new Battery Rewards Plan— an energy plan designed for customers with home batteries in NSW, QLD and SA who want to make the most of their stored energy.
By choosing to export energy back to the grid during peak times, eligible customers can earn up to $600 in Digital Visa Gift Cards.^ It’s our way of rewarding smart energy choices that support a more sustainable grid.

I am on the Battery Rewards plan with 3 cent fit and a bonus 25 cents for fit between 5 and 9, capped at $400 per quarter.
Today I noticed the AGL Battery Rewards plan, note the added AGL, which pays just straight 28 cents, no bonus, no $400 per quarter limit.
I wonder whether the old Battery Rewards plan will be rolled into the new AGL Battery Rewards plan.
Hi team,
3. Today I noticed there is a new AGL Battery Rewards plan that offers a flat 29c feed-in tariff (FIT). Since I originally signed up to the older Battery Rewards plan with quarterly giftcard, I was wondering:
Hi,
I signed up Battery Rewards plan on 19th March 26. On 18th May I received my first Battery Rewards eGift card for the peak export which is for very less than I exported between 19th March to 18th May. The card or email does not have export period, which is export start period and export end period. I exported 685kwh until 17th May but have received credit only for 475kwh. I called resolution team couple of times and they also don't know the dates for which this credit has been paid for. They promised to investigate the matter and call me back but I am still waiting after 5 days. It is very disappointing that I am missing approximately $55 worth of credit. Resolution team is not very helpful so far so who do I contact to now?
