In December 25, I signed up for AGL Battery Rewards and the AGL VPP. The battery rewards are paid with a maximum period of 3 months and in 7 months I have received 3 payments. For the VPP the rewards are not credited for 12 months. I am fine with that for this year, however going forward I would like to see the rewards credited at a maximum of 3 months if I am to renew this plan for 2027.

I signed on to the AGL Battery rewards programme in Vic on 3/12/25 with the $800 reward to stay for a year and I also signed onto the AGL VPP at the same time. The information supplied was that it was to be an ongoing contract until cancelled by either party.In May 26, I was contacted to advise that the 25c bonus was changing from a Visa credit card to an account credit, however there would be no other changes. Billing date was 1st March and I received the visa credit by email 16th March. I was told it would be within two weeks from the billing date, so fairly close. Note it is only every 3 months

I have just recently received my first 3 monthly 25c bonus with the digital visa card and the export credit was exactly as per the data download that I got from the site.
