Hi, I signed Battery Rewards plan on 19th March. I received my first eGift card on 18th May for 475kwh export from the day I signed contract. However, email does not mention the period AGL has given me credit for or calculated total export for. I exported 685kwh between 19th March to 18th May. I called AGL resolution team to find out the period dates for eGift card but they don't have details on the system. Hi, I signed up Battery Rewards plan on 19th March 26. On 18th May I received my first Battery Rewards eGift card for the peak export which is for very less than I exported between 19th March to 18th May. The card or email does not have export period, which is export start period and export end period. I exported 685kwh until 17th May but have received credit only for 475kwh. I called resolution team couple of times and they also don't know the dates for which this credit has been paid for. The ...
