Hi @tenorboyo I've been keeping an eye out and haven't heard anything further regarding this. I'm going to attempt replicating this the next time I receive my bill. When you were attempting to make payment, did you try on different web browsers or the one, if on the one can you please let me know which so I can attempt to replicate as best I can. Thanks, Chris

At this point in time, this plan is only available in South Australia, so if you are located in this state, you'll be able to switch over online on our Three for Free plan page.We do also have a Help Article on Changing your energy plan, which will guide you through the steps of changing plan from within your My Account.Thanks, Chris

Hi @Lucyzhang If you are processing the move in yourself online from our website, you won't be able to select a backdated date. If you did move in last month and you need to set the date in the past you can contact our support team who will be able to process this for you. Thanks, Chris
