Hi @BeWin If your meter was changed, the important thing would be to identify where the estimate is coming from. Either the end read of the previous meter, or assuming you have got a smart meter as you mention you have solar, a connection dropout when we were receiving the interval data and instead getting an estimate from your distributor or meter data provider. Hi @Tony101 It's important to clarify that there are two plans that include the three hours of free usage. We have the Three for Free plan, which is only available in South Australia. And, the Solar Share plan, which is what has been publicized by media. Hi @TKO If you are talking about the Energy Insights email that you receive after you get your bill, our breakdowns are estimates only and may differ from your actual usage and costs by appliance category. If you complete your Home Profile on your My Account it will give you a more accurate result. If you are interested in how we estimate the breakdown.
