From what you’ve described, it looks like your plan was moved during recent updates to the Battery Rewards Plan. I’m glad to hear our resolutions team was able to quickly step in, reinstate your Battery Rewards plan, and backdate the changes, they’ve done exactly the right thing to get things back on track.
