 agl internet is down in Oakhurst, Marsden Park areas since last night. NBN website says it works and directs me to check with AGL. No help. Still down.

If this internet interruption continues, I think I deserve a rebate, or should I have to change my provider. I barely use internet at night time. 2 days straight I don't have proper internet connection.

Issue with my internet connection not working, rang yesterday to have it assessed and seemed to be fixed but it soon stopped working again. Unable to ring during the day as I am not home. Now using up my mobile data and will be charged for going over my limit.

To see if any outages in the area?

Have you restarted your modem?

Have you tested alternative cabling?

Have you tested an alt modem?

For last an hour or so, my internet speed has too bad, I have 100/20 Mbps NBN connection and the speed I am getting is 16/2 Mbps. Status page doesn't show any maintenance but speed is so bad.

I hope AGL has their monitoring in place and fix the issue rather waiting for the customer to raise an issue with them.

How long has this been going on for?

Have you tried power cycling your modem?

Have you checked the cabling?

Have you tried testing an alternative cable or modem?

Have you tried power cycling your NTD/NCD if you have one?

Wednesday 15th January 25 outage. I’m without internet NBN for the 3rd day now even though your website page said it is resolved. I’ve rang with your tech support team last night and they said it’s with NBN people and don’t know when this will be revolve. 
it’s very inconvenient as I’m not able to WFH and have to travel into the office in these harsh weather conditions, and I’m not going to be happy if I go without internet over the weekend. Can you please provide me details of what is going on and when will this be resolve?

I can't begin to imagine how frustrating this will be for you especially as you work from home.
We are sorry to hear this has been ongoing for the past 3 days now.
Some troubleshooting you can do if you haven't already, is turn your modem off for 30seconds and back on again, testing an alternative DSL cable if you don't have a NBN box, or testing an alternative ethernet cable if you do have a NBN box.
You can also give us a call on 131245, or contact us on our live chat platform to see if we have an update from NBN in regard to this for you.
