Wednesday 15th January 25 outage. I’m without internet NBN for the 3rd day now even though your website page said it is resolved. I’ve rang with your tech support team last night and they said it’s with NBN people and don’t know when this will be revolve. it’s very inconvenient as I’m not able to WFH and have to travel into the office in these harsh weather conditions, and I’m not going to be happy if I go without internet over the weekend.
