Hi @HappySoft & @Raza1 I am really sorry to hear you both have been facing the slow speeds with your internet connection, I can't imagine how frustrating this has been.We would love to be able to assist with these slow speeds.Please try and use an alternative ethernet cable if you haven't already. I can also suggest doing a direct connection from the NBN box to a laptop/computer and see if you still get slow speeds, if you do, we can raise this as a fault to NBN, if not we will be able to see ho ...
