Hi @Dan7ny7 I completely understand where you're coming from, it doesn't seem fair you're paying extra to be getting the same speeds you had with TPG. I will advised it does depend also what guaranteed speeds you can get on NBN. Hi @Upeksha I can't imagine how frustrating this would have been for you when trying to make the payments.We do have alternative payment methods if the payment on the website/app isn't working for the payment.I would suggest you try to make the payment via Bpay, or over the phone.In regard to the Late Payment fee's you would be charged $10 if the payment is late, or wasn't able to be made, however, if you call us on 131245 we will be able to look into this further for you and see what we can do ...

That would be quite frustrating. @merry678 Is right in this situation, the first thing you want to do is contact us and we can take a look into this further, then making a complaint.
