Hi, all.
I set up the electricity and gas connection on 17 April 2024. I was not at the property at that time, and when I came today, there was no electricity at all. The switch positions are all in the ON position.
There was no solution from the hotline; they said, "It's supposed to have electricity," before transferring to another person asking the same questions and without a solution.
Can anybody advise me on what to do / who to call about this situation?
