Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
I am still Waiting on AGL to honour the velocity points offer for my switching gas and electricity. Its incredibly disappointing that AGL has failed to deliver on this offer. Who in the company can I talk to to resolve this issue or do I simply switch my provider to a Qantas aligned energy provider.
Since I subscribed for the Gas plan and also linked my existing Electricity plan to Velocity few months back, I only received the 10000 velocity points for the Gas plan 2 months ago, has yet to receive the 3000 points from linking the exixting Electricity plan to Velocity. Please advise when will I receive the 3000 points.
