My quarterly bill not received

My quarterly period had ended in mid October and I haven't received my latest bill.... I chatted with agl and they said it could take up to 21 days to receive the bill by email.. I think this is nonsense as I usually receive my bill by email within 2 days.... Is there anyone else is having or had this issue?

Yes you should be able to receive any existing bill with in few hours. Please send us your account details via private message, so I can personally look into this or escalate it if needed

Hi Syed, would you be able to help me with by bill also?  Similar issue, cycle is 26th-25th of each month, says i should get my bill on the 27th.  It's now 31st and I haven't seen it yet.  

I was told I wouldn't see it until after 26/11 as my cycle was quarterly- which it is not, it's monthly.  I was also told I "should" get the bill next week from a different person.  

 

I was sold to AGL from Ampol and none of my data is in the app.

 

It feels like no one i speak to actually knows what's happening with my account.
