Hi Scottie68, Thanks for reaching out! Just to give you a bit more clarity, the meter readings come from the distributor. AGL can request a meter reader to visit your property on your behalf if necessary, but we can’t prevent the reader from taking the reading on the scheduled date. However, if you've already taken a reading and the reader comes the next day, it shouldn't cause a significant change to your bill or the reading. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions! Hi ronlyw0197, Thanks for reaching out! To get the information you need, I recommend contacting the building manager. They should be able to provide you with details about your meters, including any hot water meters, and guide you on where to find them so you can take the reading. Thanks, SYED

Hi woofmain, Thanks for reaching out! I wanted to clarify that basic and MIRM meters are read every quarter, unlike smart meters. The meter reader usually takes the reading about 5-6 business days before the bill is issued, which is why the update can happen up until the last day before the bill is generated.
