We don't actually use email for customer support queries, but there are a number of other channels available, including phone, live chat and messaging. Contact us here, or log in to your My Account and click "Message Us".
@Davidald There is no message us link in my post.
You need to log in to your account and click the blue "Message Us" button on your account overview page.
@Davidald Thanks, any chance you could provide a screenshot of the link you're referring to so I can get it fixed up? I just tested the Message Us button (which looks like):
and it seems to be working fine. If you're not having any luck it might be an issue with browser settings.
