Cannot find my latest electricity bill to download from website. PDF in app not downloading.

I received an email with the amount of my latest electricity bill on 15/08/2023.  Clicked on link to "Download your Bill (PDF) and it took me to the AGL support page.  When I logged into my account on the website, the pdf of the bill is not available under 'Billing', only the amount of my bills and an option to pay.  When I looked in the AGL app under Electricity Bill, there is an option to "View PDF" but when I click on that it says "Something went wrong". 

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have same problem...have got a copy of the bill for records but only because I downloaded it immediately from the e-mail link. It is no longer available and does not show up on my account page billing history on the website. The "Download My Bill" link on the Overview page links to the previous month's bill. Website obviously broken.

Thanks for your post, just confirming you have followed these steps; 

 

To view and download your latest bill in My Account:

  1. Go to the Billing tab.
  2. Select Download your PDF bill.

 

Previous bills are also available for download:

  1. Go to the Billing tab.
  2. Scroll down to Bill history to find previous bills.
  3. Select the down arrow to the right of the bill you want to download.
  4. Select Download your PDF bill.

Basil,

Did all that but bill is not there to download. See attached screen prints.

Oct-Nov bill shows in Transaction History but not in Bill History and
that's the only place you can download/print from.

The Download Your Bill link up under "Next Bill will be issued in x
days" to right of account balance gives only the Sep-Oct bill.

When I received the standard "Your Electricity Bill" notification e-mail
on 7-Nov-2025 it contained a link to "Download your bill (PDF)" and that
worked (and still does - just checked!) and so I do have the bill on
file. My concern is that it is not showing up on the AGL My Account
website as part of the history. Hence my conclusion that "something's
broken".

Hey Peter, 

Thanks for letting us know and for sharing those details. It sounds like the Oct–Nov bill is showing in your Transaction History but not in Bill History, which is where you’d normally download it. You’ve also confirmed the email link works, so at least you’ve got the bill on file – that’s great. But you’re absolutely right, it should appear in Bill History too.

I've just tried it on my end and seems to be working fine, so I’d like to dig into this further for you. I'll send you a direct message to get some further details and could you please resend the screenshots you mentioned? That’ll help us understand what’s happening on your account. Once we have that, we’ll work on getting this fixed.

Info sent yesterday - no change to website yet (but that's realistic as these things take time). Please update Neighbourhood when fixed.

Fix didn't last long....exactly the same issue as before now applies to the Dec-Jan 2026 bill. Appears in the Transactions but not in the Billing and the "Download Current Bill" (pdf) links to the Nov-Dec 2025 Bill. Not filling me with confidence about AGL financial management systems.
