in 4 consecutive days, i received message for AGL Peak energy rewards, also one in last week. I kept not using all large appliances and just use minimal energy. However, AGL won't give you the result and the reward. It is cheating customers and wasting my time. I will move to other supplier. AGL is rubbish
It’s the same with me. I should be getting emails to let me know how I went, and I’ve heard nothing. I asked the helpline and they weren’t able to tell me anything except that it takes 7 days to come through. It’s been longer than that since my first challenge
