Questions and discussion about AGL's Energy plans and your AGL Energy account
Dear AGL Support Team,
I am writing to follow up regarding my account, as I have not yet received any communication pertaining to my electricity bill. Approximately seven weeks ago, I contacted AGL support to confirm that the electricity bill had been successfully transferred to my name. At that time, I was informed that my details were correct , and that I would receive my electricity bill via email by the end of November.
However, as of today, December 10th, I have not received any email or physical mail regarding my electricity bill. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and provide clarification on the status of my account.
