AGL did get back to me and said that the credit would be on my next bill. No explanation of why you don’t receive the email a week after the event to say if you were successful.Also, I’m guessing that if you get too many of them they are no longer offered

My town has a lot of problems with the internet after rain, and perhapsthat’s why I haven’t seen a reply from AGL .today

It’s the same with me. I should be getting emails to let me know how I went, and I’ve heard nothing. I asked the helpline and they weren’t able to tell me anything except that it takes 7 days to come through. It’s been longer than that since my first challenge
