@kiasuphil this may be a general error.
My workshop meter is an old analogue type too, and that is not accepting any meter reading uploads either for the past few days.
Hope to see this fixed in the near future, I tend to send these regularly to keep the actual billing estimates on track.
Hmm, now my workshop app is coming up now with a sort of 'proof of usage' request with a camera symbol.
Think AGL wants a meter photo sent.
Makes sense, they can't get into our 7 workshop compound normally for meter reads, no one is EVER there now except briefly though a day sometimes, they all WORK too to keep afloat.
We have another biz and only go in spasmodically, mostly of an evening and weekends to set work up and use power.
I think my past years bills have all been on my meter submissions, so I guess they just need to corroborate.
They've asked me to call them to confirm, so I guess that's a 30 min task I'll have to do sometime next week.

I’ve checked on our end, and the app appears to be working fine at the moment. If you experience any errors again in the future, we recommend restarting the app and trying again, as this often resolves temporary glitches.

@kiasuphil when I called the AGL business line about my workshop meter read not being accepted, and the photo icon coming up, yes they confirmed I do need to send a photo.
An email was sent that I could reply to, attaching a photo of the meter.
I don't think you can do this rom the app, couldn't see a way to do that at least.
I sent that back Wednesday, and next day received an email follow up saying thank you for your meter photo, all has been corroborated and you can keep submitting reads as needed into the future.
@SYED_AGL I have had this top bar on the website and app pages for about a week or so . . .
It's still there, but I thought this meter photo issue would see it disappear after the confirmation email Thursday 4th.
It could be tied to my ongoing data download issues that Basil is aware of.
