Meter Reading Submission Issue

Hello,

On my last bill, I received a notification in the mobile app asking me to enter my meter reading manually. I had never done this before, and when the form appeared, it already contained placeholder values for both meters. Since I wasn’t sure what to do, I just entered the same values that were shown and submitted the form.

I’m now concerned that my bill may not have been calculated correctly because I don’t know if those were the right readings. Could you please confirm if my submission was valid, and let me know if I need to provide corrected readings or take any further action?

When you receive this type of notification, it usually means you need to manually take a reading from your gas or electricity meter. Once you have the reading, you can enter the numbers into the field shown on your screen. Just make sure to double-check the meter number before submitting the readings, to ensure they match the correct account.
