I cannot use my phone number as the signal is very weak and Onepay keeps calling me for overdue payments of someone that I have no idea about, I just have that phone number for less than a month. So I decided to cancel the mobile plan as I can no longer take it.
I keep calling customer service, but no one is actually there to help. They keep transferring my call to another department where I have to wait for hours. I try so many ways, calling and chatting. Literally, NO ONE can help me with one single matter.
Therefore, I will bring this matter to Ombudsman and cancel all other services with AGL as they are not there to help me but still wanna take my money. That's ridiculous.
AGL, you really wanna lose customers this way?
