Last Friday, my Mobile phone, with AGL Plan it stopped working, The Mobile phone is asking me to put in the Sim Card 8 digits PUK Code, which I don't have.

Hi Vanceallucian1, thanks for your post. You'll need to speak to with a member of our customer service team to resolve this problem - you can log in to your AGL My Account or app to message our team.
