Hi I was wondering why I don’t seem to get a discount on my mobile plan even though I have an electricity account with AGL regards Steve

If you are an energy customer, but your telecommunications invoice for the mobile doesn't have the energy bundle discounts, please call us on 13 12 45 or speak to us via chat through our website so that we can raise it with our billing team.

What's the average wait time on 13 12 45? I can't seem to get a very simple problem sorted via the chatbot, and only have an hour for my lunch break. Otherwise I too have a job, and am working during your helpful hours. I seem to have lost my 6 month new customer discount, which eventually got fixed last month, then lost again this month, bill #4 of the first 6 that should be discounted.

Hi Steve, 

 

Im sorry to hear your not getting your discount. If you have a electricity account you should be getting your Multi Product Discount as long as it is in your name for both accounts.
Please call 131 245 mon-fri 8am-6pm to raise a missing discount request.
