There are currently no outages regarding Public IP's, I advise getting back in touch to complete that request. As stated above, we can provide you with a dynamic public IP at no charge, or a static one for $7.50 per month bolt on feature to your NBN plan.Warm regards,Glenn

Hi Craig,Apologies for the typo, we dont* have customer support on setting up port forwarding. All ports are not blocked if you are on a Public IP, which you can request to remove the CGNAT.For more information please call 131 245 and speak to Tech Support Warm regards,Glenn
