I set up gas and electrical accounts after moving into the new apartment on Sept 4, 2023. The gas account works properly. However, after 6 weeks, my status on the electrical account is still stuck on "Setup in progress". The electricity still works. But I cannot see the bill.
By the way, the address of my electrical account does not contain the unit number. Although it's set in the same way as my gas account.
I have the same problem.
I moved into my house on 24 Aug and created an electrical account the week before. However, my account is still "Setup in progress".
I also called customer services two months ago, and they said everything was settled up, and I don't need to worry about anything.
Could you please double-check my account?
