Setup in progress - HQN

Hi Team,I want to follow up on my account setup.I opened my account on the first day I moved into the house (24/08/2023), but it is still being processed.It took over 3 months to prepare for the account, and it has not been finished. Hi Team,I have the same problem.I moved into my house on 24 Aug and created an electrical account the week before. However, my account is still "Setup in progress".I also called customer services two months ago, and they said everything was settled up, and I don't need to worry about anything.Could you please double-check my account?
