Metering suspect after Solar system turned off on 22/9/2025 Reading nearly double for next month.

Man so stressed out over this whole thing. 

1) Solar system and battery failed after 5 days from install. Contractor turned it  all off. 

That day onwards the consumption appeared to nearly double. Later I checked AGL account and had a heart attack! How to report either suspect meter or incorrect wiring?

2) Solar system debacle needs reporting also because I am getting nowhere! Who will have the authority and knowledge to deal with this.  Company and the local council (who promoted this with a lot of fanfare) appear deaf and just not interested at all.

HI. We checked with AGL prior to installation and were advised no changes needed due to replacing an existing system.  Final PV splitting had made system workable and we hope it remains so. Thanks for enquiring.
