Yes that seems a reasonable explanation. Seems the govt bill relief entry is out of step with what agl pdf bill is and then the next amount happens to reflect online, but not in time for the pdf bill. Also the online amount has no ability to show the sections that lead to that total allowing some checking to be performed. All a bit of a mess really and paying the higher pdf amount is probably the way to go so as not to end up in the debtors court! Perhaps a cynic would say cleverly weighed in f ...

Yes seems some confusion between pdf and the APP. Thanks for telling me your experience. I will contact someone tomorrow and ask it to be checked and hopefully the lower amount is correct as that's what i am budgeting for!

Bill for power arrived and does not match the Phone APP!WHAT IS GOING ON? If I hide bill breakdown then I see one figure. If I open the breakdown I see another figure. Open PDF see another figure. Who are these programmers who dont check their work and still have a job! This seems a big stuff up to me and increases stress levels where there should be none, there is enough on how to pay bills!

PM has been sent with all information to Mark 20/1/2023 8pm.The credit which had disappeared, has now reappeared back on the original account.However the original purpose of ringing AGL has not been carried out.Hoping Mark can assist me.
