We have recently had a our smart meter replaced due to it being faulty with a EDMI Atlas mk10d 3 phase smart meter....We also have solar feed in

Last December codes 04 and 14 were included, probably due to some enquiries we made as to demand charges

Both codes 04 and 14 are kvarh

I have tried many times for AGL to tell me what these codes are for without success

Could you please explain what they are for...thankyou

Hi Jonn,

Welcome to the AGL Community!

These codes correspond with the following descriptions:

  • 04 - Excess energy consumed by customer
  • 14 - Excess energy exported by customer

Kind regards,

I have had Solar panels installed 2 weeks ago and the smart meter was reprogrammed on Friday 8 February. I now display the following identifiers - 03, 13, 07, 43, 53, 63.  Could someone let me know what each these readings are recording?  Additionally I have not been able to obtain any usage details on the AGL app since the meter was reprogrammed on 8 February. I have reported it to the call centre but the answer was “it could take up to 14 days for the system to update”.  Thoughts?

Hi BernieC,

These identifiers correspond with the following descriptions:

  • 03 - Excess energy consumed by customer
  • 13 - Excess energy exported by solar system
  • 07 - Total energy consumed by customer’s hot water
  • 43 - This register should record zero
  • 53 - Total Excess energy consumed by customer
  • 63 - Total Excess energy exported by solar system

The 14-day time frame provided to you for your app to update is accurate.

Thanks Jayden.  Very helpful and quick response.  I can now make sense of my usage and generation.
