I have been trying to upload my gas meter reading but I'm being told to speak to the online meter specialist. I've tried to use chat but it isn't working at the moment.
The estimated reading is a lot higher than it should be.

Thanks for letting us know @Jarrah . The Message option should just take you to your My Account page where you can click on the 💬 button in the bottom right, or in the top right of the AGL app.
Thanks for your reply. The options that you suggested don't work on my page, but I was able to make a phone call and resolve my issue.
The issue I had was that AGL was estimating my gas bill based on my usage for the same period last year.
Normally this might be okay but my gas usage had reduced considerably this year because I no longer used my gas heater. I installed solar panels and used my air conditioner for heating.
