The options that you suggested don't work on my page, but I was able to make a phone call and resolve my issue.The issue I had was that AGL was estimating my gas bill based on my usage for the same period last year.Normally this might be okay but my gas usage had reduced considerably this year because I no longer used my gas heater. I installed solar panels and used my air conditioner for heating.
