Hi Sheena,
I have tried all you have suggest and it is now day 4 going into day 5 without internet. I have exhausted my mobile data and had to buy extra which is not enough to last me until Monday.
Can you please provide me what compensation AGL will be compensating and when will the issue being resolved?

Thank you for sharing this information with me.
I will advise while we can't compensate for any excess data you have used, we can organize a credit to be applied to the account for the time the internet has not been working for you.
I do suggest contacting us on 131245, or on our live chat platform for further troubleshooting on a way to get this resolved.
