BASIL - can you guys please send an email or SMS explaining what's happening - because if this is some Victoria-wide issue - great: at least we know it's not localised to individuals.And timeframes for resolution? Surely an engineer somewhere has been deployed to fix this?

David - this doesn't work. Can you talk to the engineers and respond to the customers with an SMS indicating the resolution timeframes?

Same. I'm in Clayton. No internet since half an hour ago. Plug n unplud did not help at all
